Enquiry: What did ‘the Great War’ mean to Theo Reid?
This enquiry explores the experience of Theo Reid, a soldier in the First World War. It uses his letters from across four years of service in multiple arenas to enable students to construct his perspective on the war, and to gain an insight into the nature of the conflict more generally.
This series of lessons has been designed to engage pupils in the experience of a soldier in the First World War.
