Reuben Vandercruyssen from Sullivan Upper School won both his heat in Belfast and was also chosen as the winner of the Great Debate Final 2010 for his presentation on his local hero: Professor Frank Pantridge.

 

 

Professor Frank Pantridge was a physician and cardiologist from Northern Ireland who transformed emergency medicine and paramedic services with the invention of the portable defibrillator.
