The CCCU Bookshop will have a stall there throughout the Weekend. Among the exciting internationally known scholars and well-known, more popular historians who have been invited are Alison Weir, Glenn Richardson, Clare Jackson, Steven Gunn, and Jackie Eales, who will cover topics across the period featuring several Tudor and Stuart monarchs and the problems faced by them and their subjects across a turbulent period in British history. Lectures and guided tours are classified under four themes: ‘Royalty and Nobility; ‘War and Politics’; ‘Art, Literature and Religion’ and ‘Social History’.
